Didn't get my sim's card??
I didn't receive my sims card for my phone that i ordered. Can you help me l would like to be. Customer but looks like that won't happen.

Access Wireless hangs up on you and does NOTHING to help !! They are terrible!! I feel my phone is hacked I can't answer 99% of my phone calls

I still don't have a phone or servise and nobody can pr will tell me anything except I spent 12 dollars for nothing and it was taken off my debit card I have the receipt .but as I said no phone or servised

Why can't I get a response from them and I sent off for sim card it haven't came yet but website says 2 to 4 days it been much much longer than that, about to say forget it and try another company it's not worth the hassle

I reviewed a phone from you roughly 2 mths ago. At first there weren't any problems.
But now the battery isn't holding a charge and shutting off with 0 battery life after 20 min of use. And I've also
noticed that the back of the phone had been getting very hot which made me take the cover off off the back of the phone that arrived on the phone when I revieved it and I've been getting pop up messages that the battery is overheating and the phone is going to shut off. This is my only phone and would like to know how this problem can be solved. I don't have the order # or contract # anymore.
But I did receive messages on my email address the phone number that came with the phone is (631)790-**** if you need to reach me. Hopefully this problem can be solved by just sending me a new battery. Cause I need this phone to work correctly. I'm a part time Mobil mechanic and I get my work on this phone number.
So I can't afford for the phone to get shut off completely if a new battery can't be sent to fix this issue thank you for taking the time to review this email.

I have called two times both times they told me it was the same problem and it was fixed and my phone was on the way so the second time I asked him for the tracking number and nobody has gotten back to me on that I have very bad health issues and I need my phone for my doctors
