Sim card hasn't arrived
Why can't I get a response from them and I sent off for sim card it haven't came yet but website says 2 to 4 days it been much much longer than that, about to say forget it and try another company it's not worth the hassle

I reviewed a phone from you roughly 2 mths ago. At first there weren't any problems.
But now the battery isn't holding a charge and shutting off with 0 battery life after 20 min of use. And I've also
noticed that the back of the phone had been getting very hot which made me take the cover off off the back of the phone that arrived on the phone when I revieved it and I've been getting pop up messages that the battery is overheating and the phone is going to shut off. This is my only phone and would like to know how this problem can be solved. I don't have the order # or contract # anymore.
But I did receive messages on my email address the phone number that came with the phone is (631)790-**** if you need to reach me. Hopefully this problem can be solved by just sending me a new battery. Cause I need this phone to work correctly. I'm a part time Mobil mechanic and I get my work on this phone number.
So I can't afford for the phone to get shut off completely if a new battery can't be sent to fix this issue thank you for taking the time to review this email.

Trying to find out where the order for my new phone and service off
I have called two times both times they told me it was the same problem and it was fixed and my phone was on the way so the second time I asked him for the tracking number and nobody has gotten back to me on that I have very bad health issues and I need my phone for my doctors

It was easy to sign upt
I tried to sign up and it said that my email is already in use. I had to use my alternate email just to log in.
What's that about? I need a phone.

I'm still waiting on a sim card and phone..they are telling me it could take up to 3weeks before they send me my sim card and phone..I already paid them the money that I had to pay ..is it that hard to put a sim card and phone in a box and mail it to me dang..I don't get it . I've never had a phone company take this long to send out anything..

You illlegally switched my benefits over to your company after I repeatedly told you that I was not switching
I was talking to someone. I told them I was not switching three times because of the garbage phones you offer.
I still got the piece of a crap phone and you switched me anyway. This is fraud.
